Every Spring, at Total Turf Maintenance, we send our customers our ‘Spring Flyer’. This allows customers to pick and choose what they want and need for their lawn! Services Include:

Spring Clean-up: Blow all leaves from landscape beds/property edges into yard. Mow/vacuum all leaves and grass clippings. Pile all debris collected onto roadway near the driveway. Collection truck will haul debris pile away by the end of the same day. Trimming of perennials available at an additional cost.
Fall Clean-up: Blow all leaves from landscape beds/property edges into yard. Mow/vacuum all leaves and grass clippings. Pile all debris collected onto roadway near the driveway. Collection truck will haul debris pile away by the end of the same day. Trimming of perennials available at an additional cost.

Lawn Aeration: An aerator will punch holes into the lawn loosening hard/compacted soil which opens a pathway for water and nutrients to travel deeper into the lawn. If you have an irrigation system, all heads will need to be marked prior to our arrival. We can mark them for you for an additional fee.
Lawn Dethatching: Dethatching consists of the removal of the layer of dead grass on your lawn known as thatch. Using a specialized machine, thatch is removed to prepare the yard for faster and healthier growth in the spring and summer while also increasing the ability for your lawn to absorb water/fertilizer. No flagging of an underground irrigation system is needed for this service.

Irrigation Start-up: Our irrigation technician will get your system ready for the season by setting up the controller, turning on the water and completing a test run. Any irrigation heads need adjusting will be completed at this time. Any repairs needed would be an additional cost (hourly rate/materials) and may need to be scheduled at a later date.
Irrigation Blow-out: Our irrigation technician will winterize your system by shutting off the water and using a mobile air compressor to blow the water out of each line and irrigation head for a specific length of time. After all zones are cleared out, he will shut down your controller and your system will be winterized.
